Norm TippBranch Manager - St. Peters MO Training: Stihl Bronze Level, Spech Chem Chemicals, Airman, Bosch, Dewalt, Themco Caulk, Edco , General Products Co. Norm has been in the equipment rental and supply industry over 24 years. Starting in 1985 working part time for a local independent rental company in Kansas City, Mo. He then moved to St Charles county and become a manager for a locally owned rental store chain. In 2000 the local chain was purchased by a national rental company. After the sale, Norm remained with the national chain for a few years before becoming a assistant manager for St Louis largest construction supply companies in Wentzville, Mo. In February, 2010, Norm had the opportunity to become a branch manager of Equip Rental and Sales, LLC a company that could better serve the homeowner and light contractor markets. |

| Jason HoermanTraining: Stihl Bronze Level, Spech Chem Chemicals, Forklift Safety, Turf Products Jason has been with Equip since it opened back in 2006, starting part-time in the yard cleaning and servicing equipment. Since then, he has worked his way up to a full-time inside sales representative. Jason is currently attending St. Charles Community College for his liberal arts degree.

Justin PlassmeyerJustin is a fresh face to the rental industry. He just came off a 3-year run in food service as a food and customer service trainer. Justin hopes to put his customer service skills to better serve Equip customers. Justin is currently attending St. Charles Community College where he is planning on acquiring his associates degree. Then he will transfer to the University of Missouri Columbia to major in Biology. |  |

Sean BarberVice President/Owner Training: Stihl Bronze Level, Spech Chem Chemicals, Fork Lift Safety, Aerial Work Platform Safety Sean has been in the equipment rental and supply industry over 22 years. Starting in 1986 working part time for a local independent rental company servicing and washing equipment, he eventually became a general manager helping to oversee five branch locations until their sale to a national chain in 2000. After the sale, Sean remained with the national chain for a few years before opening a location in Wentzville Missouri for one St. Louis' largest construction supply companies overseeing daily operations. In September 2006, after recognizing the need for a rental and supply company that could better serve the homeowner and light contractor markets, Sean and his business partner Mark Hoerman, founded Equip Rental and Sales LLC.

| Scott MooreScott has 16 years experience in operations management for one of St. Louis largest vehicle maintenance companies. For five years he was there Regional Training Director for management operations before accepting a position with Equip. Scott has spent the past three years with Equip as a rental yard supervisor and recently was promoted to inside sales. |
Dustin TippTraining- Stihl Products, Turf Products, Vermeer Products, Spec Chem Chemicals. Dustin has been in the Rental Industry with Equip Rental and Sales for four years. Dustin started out cleaning and servicing equipment and worked his way up the ladder as they say. Over the past two years Dustin has been working full time with Equip as an inside sales representative while attending College at the St. Charles Community College in pursuit of a nursing degree.
